It appears that Chris Rollins and Mark Bruno are at it again. They have moved on to the next scam and looks like there track record of ripping people off has followed. In June of 2009 issued a press release about Intellivend acquiring Kosher Diner from KRH thermal. This deal has such similarities to the Bacon and Whitney deal they did not pay very much just a note no real money.
We all know what happen the last time we heard this? Investors mysteriously loss $174,000,000. The fraud continues to be discovered, these con-men are good at setting companies up, then fraudulently induce investors to raise capital they create massive debt then strip all the assets away leaving the debt with investors, meanwhile giving themselves huge salaries and bonuses to rip you off.
This is how these two make a living! Their family must be really proud of them....

It seems as the common denominator (slimeball) involved in all of this is MARK A. BRUNO...he has and will steal from his own family...please FBI get him now!!

Everything goes full circle my friend and trust me we are all watching you so we don't miss out on your big public arrest!! We are all going to see you get arrested for what you have done! I will not stop until you are behind bars.
