Now it is documented in US district court in front of a retired Massachusetts's judge MAGISTRATE JUDGE JOHN H. RICH III. This civil case is supporting and building the criminal charges he is soon to face from legal authorities.

It is incredible the extent that this man will go to defraud and induce people out of there life savings to line his own pockets.

He was getting a salary of $13,500 monthly as a employee of Bacon Whitney and portrayed himself as a outside consultant representing Casco Bay and assisting Mr. Morton with a business plan to purchase a franchise in ME which he also was billing for. Meanwhile overstating earning, lying about contracts that were in place with large clients like LLBean etc. and assuring the prospective franchisee that Bacon Whitney was stable and was in good standing. He induced Mr. Morton to buy the business for $500K knowing that the business was failing and Bacon Whitney was in serious financial distress. Mr. Rollins had intimate knowledge of the financial condition because he was also negotiating to purchase the failing Bacon Whitney for 50K down payment with owner financing from Halpern and Denny. He continues to receive $13,500 a month and controls a company with assets upwards of 10million for 50K down payment. The transfer of the Bacon Whitney assets to IntelliVend was made by the Defendants with actual intent to hinder, delay or defraud creditors.

This guy is the epitome of GREED!
