The news on the street and from some vendors is that Intellivend is or has filed for Bankruptcy. Does anyone have any comments? Who is left are there still employees other than in Braintree, Ma.

ReplyDeleteCan't believe Intellivend hasn't gone bankrupt yet. Withhold your royalties and MMF and put them out of business. Paychecks are bouncing.
ReplyDeleteSuggest the remaining franchisees contact the FBI white collar crime unit in their state and get the Feds involved. There is more than likely interstate fraud involved here, along with possible wire fraud, advance fee swindle and other issues the FBI can address.
ReplyDeleteAlso, the remaining franchisees need to coordinate their efforts/money so as to squeeze Rollins & Intellivend. If all monies to them go into an escrow account, they are done. Then the franchisees may be able to exract themselves from Intellivend and run or sell their routes as they wish.
